Abstract
The design of local development and facilitation offices is one of the study and needs assessment projects of the country's social affairs organization with the nature of survey, study, capacity measurement and facilitation in order to reduce and control social harms, solve the problems and problems of underprivileged and marginalized neighborhoods and empower residents. It was implemented in 21 provinces of the country in the twelfth government. The mentioned plan was implemented in Yazd province/Yazd city since 2018 by identifying the three neighborhoods of Hassan Abad, Sadr Abad and Skan as the target neighborhoods for development.
