The<br />knowledge discussed in the present paper is defined as: the knowledge that<br />emerges from a deep reflection at any time, dialogue and education,<br />representing and interpreting that period of issues, phenomena, values and<br />insight, showing prospects that increase the potential for effective<br />government and artist action and decision-making, affecting and<br />responding to citizens' mental processing of the time. Accordingly, this<br />paper seeks to answer the following question: What are the components of<br />knowledge governing the field of city art that interact between the state,<br />the artist, and the citizen. Studies show that there is a kind of awareness of<br />city art that, through its components, derived from the current state of<br />urban societies, necessitates the participation and interaction of the state,<br />the artist, and the citizen. In such a way that the artist is given the<br />opportunity to present them as new art by considering such components in<br />the creation of his/her works. On the other hand, he/she can fulfill the<br />government's goals of creative urban development and transform them<br />into allegorical ways of effective knowledge and citizen acceptance. But a<br />recent paper of some of the artworks of Yazd indicates that because the<br />artist has poorly utilized or lacked knowledge of the components of<br />knowledge, he/she has not been able to guarantee the realization of the<br />government's intended goals and missions for citizens خوانش عرصۀ هنر شهری نیازمند ادراک قوانین و شرایط حاکم بر آن یا به عبارتی دانش حاکم<br />بر زمانش است. این دانش که در پژوهش حاضر مورد بحث و بررسی قرار می گیرد چنین تعریف<br />شده: دانش در هر زمان مبتنی بر نوعی ژرف اندیشی، تبادل نظر و آموزش پدید می آید، نشانگر تلقی<br />و تفسیر آن دوره از مسائل، پدیده ها، ارزشها و بینشهای آینده نگر است که منجر به افزایش توان<br />بالقوه برای اقدامات و تصمیمات اثربخش از سوی دولت و هنرمند می شود و شهروندان آن زمان را<br />با پردازشی ذهنی تحت تأثیر قرار داده و به آنها پاسخ می دهند. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر<br />برآنست تا بدین سؤال پاسخ دهد که: مؤلّفه های دانش حاکم بر عرصه هنر شهری که سبب تعامل<br />میان دولت، هنرمند و شهروند می شوند؛ چیست؟<br />بر اساس مطالعات انجام گرفته بر روی برخی از آثار هنری نصب شده درسطح شهر یزد اینچنین<br />به نظر میرسد که نوعی دانش آگاهی خشی بر هنر شهری حاکم است که به واسطه مؤلّفه هایش <br />برگرفته از اوضاع و شرایط حال حاضر جوامع شهری مشارکت و تعامل دولت، هنرمند و شهروند<br />را ضرورت می بخشد. به نحوی که هنرمند با لحاظ کردن چنین مؤلّفه هایی در خلق آثارش از سویی<br />امکانی برایش میسر می گردد تا آنها را به مثابه هنرهای جدید ارائه نماید؛ از سوی دیگر می تواند<br />اهداف دولت را در توسعه خلاّقانه شهری تحقّق بخشد و آنها را به شیوه ای تمثیلی به دانایی<br />اثربخش و پذیرش اطّلاعات از سوی شهروندان تبدیل کند. مطالعه ای گذرا بر روی برخی آثار هنری<br /> نصب شده درسطح شهر یزد حاکی از آن است که تاکنون هنرمند مؤلفه های دانش را ضعیف مورد<br />بهره برداری قرار داده یا از آنها آگاهی نداشته، نتوانسته ضامن تحقّق اهداف و رسالت های مدنظر<br />دولت برای شهروندان یزدی گردد و صرفاً اثرش را در پوسته ای نسبتاً تهی طرح نموده است. https://fyazd.ricac.ac.ir/article_106244_d5074930204d17493114a40d4576afc5.pdf
